Wesley began his career early, installing racking during summers throughout high school. By the age of 16, he was already leading crews, showcasing a natural aptitude for the work. After graduating, he transitioned to full-time, traveling across the U.S. to handle complex installation and teardown projects. In 2019, Wesley transitioned into a sales role, where he could leverage his extensive field experience to better serve customers. This shift also enabled him to build stronger relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of expertise and care.
An avid outdoorsman, Wesley spends much of his free time hunting and fishing, embracing a “work hard, play hard” mentality. His love for adventure is reflected in his collection of toys, including boats, jet skis, and a side-by-side. In 2020, Wesley and his girlfriend welcomed a beautiful baby girl, and fatherhood has only deepened his love for the outdoors. He now cherishes the opportunity to share his passions with his family, frequently escaping to their family ranch to enjoy nature together.
