Vincent brings over a decade of project management experience, which has provided him with a deep understanding of how various businesses operate across different industries. He entered the warehouse and material handling industry in 2017, starting in the field by installing pallet rack. Now, as a Success & Development Manager, Vincent’s role uniquely combines the responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Manager with those of a Business Development Manager. In this capacity, he bridges the sales team and customer relationships to ensure the highest quality of service. Additionally, he oversees the digital presence of Pallet Rack Systems, helping to educate potential customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
Outside of his professional role, Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, with a third on the way. He loves sharing his passion for the outdoors—hunting, fishing, camping, and rock climbing—with his family. As an active fitness enthusiast, Vincent has participated in cycling events and even completed a triathlon.
