Zack joins Pallet Rack Systems with over 16 years of customer service and technical experience. Throughout his career, he has developed strong project management and organizational skills across multiple industries, allowing him to effectively support customers and deliver reliable solutions. Zack is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Zack prioritizes family time, much of which revolves around select baseball. He and his wife, Stephanie, can often be found at the ballpark supporting his stepson, Gavin, traveling for games and tournaments throughout the season.
