We purchased 8' tall x 42" wide used racking system for our new barn.  Wesley got us all set up and all we had to do was drive up and they loaded us up.  Got home and the system wasn't quite right.  Sent Wesley a text and some pictures.  He was happy to exchange out what was not working for something different.  Great communication and customer service.
