This Porta-King Dura steel building installation presented a unique challenge for our team. Unlike previous installations where we had a clean slate to work with, this particular structure was already in place before we arrived. This meant that unloading and setting up the buildings became more difficult, as we had to adapt our approach accordingly.

To overcome this challenge, our team devised a meticulous plan that involved utilizing two telehandlers instead of a crane. While a crane is typically the preferred choice for setting up these buildings, the constraints imposed by the existing structure necessitated an alternative solution. The decision to use telehandlers showcased our team’s adaptability and resourcefulness in tackling unexpected situations.

With our plan in place, we executed the installation with utmost precision. The process of setting the buildings with the telehandlers went as planned, thanks to the expertise and experience of our team members. Despite the unconventional approach, we were able to position the Porta-King Dura Steel buildings securely and efficiently, ensuring their stability and longevity.

Although using telehandlers was not our initial option for installing these buildings, the successful outcome demonstrated the effectiveness of our contingency plans. The customer’s satisfaction with both the buildings and the installation process further validated our team’s commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Having completed this installation, our team is now prepared to tackle the next project with the same dedication and professionalism. We constantly strive to provide our clients with outstanding service, overcoming challenges and meeting their expectations every step of the way.
